    I take a bootcamp class outdoors Monday-Thursday. I look forward to being outside each evening after being trapped in an office all day! The workout changes every day, never ceases to challenge me, and delivers results quickly! It’s a great way to end each day!

  7. I am training for a half marathon right now, but love spinning for cross training (& too hot to run days!). Looking forward to trying SoulCycle!

  8. Favorite workout is definitely spinning! I just moved to DC and have been trying out a few different studios – dying for Soul Cycle to get here, I’ve done in NY a few times and loved!

  9. My favorite workout will always be the long run. I love being outside and look forward to my weekly long runs!

  10. My favorite workout is a class called Capofit (at Local Motion Studio), a combination of fitness, cardio and acrobatics! It’s fun, different and challenging. I’m always sore for days, but I love it!

    Favorite is running because there’s nothing like those endorphins! But I’ve really gotten into spin for cross training to try to strengthen my hamstrings and flutes.

    My facorite workout is definitely cycling. I’m a clutz so I like being clipped to the bike and knowing I can’t fall. :)

    I have been to many SouCycle classes and gotten great workouts but have been going to Zengo Cycle in DC and love it! SoulCycle has an elitism to them that Zengo does not have. Zengo is super friendly and their pricing is much more affordable. The workouts are amazing! Gregg, Brad, and Teryn at Zengo are the best.
