Customized Training Plans
Every runner is different, and therefore needs a different training plan. After a phone call/email to learn more about your running goals,fitness level, and health/ injury history, I will write a customized training plan for your specific race. You must be comfortable making necessary adjustments to your plan as the mileage increases, etc. I will write the plan for you, and it is up to you to commit to the training plan & follow-through.

If you’d like a virtual one-on-one approach, e-coaching is for you. I will create a custom plan for you (includes everything listed above), plus regular communication (phone, text, email) as the training plan progresses. I will adjust the plan accordingly and am always available for questions, advice, guidance, and support.

One-on-One Sessions
For those living in the Arlington area, I am available for one-on-one coaching sessions. Together we can meet (at a cconvenienttime/location) for the following:

  • a track workout for speed work guidance and support
  • long run, at your pace and we can discuss whatever is on your mind – racing prep, strategies and tips, hydration and nutrition, recovery, etc.
