Today is cinco de mayo and (I hope) you know what that means. It’s margaritas for me.
If you want a delicious – but healthy version – you must try my {must have margarita}
must-have margarita
1 shot Tequila (I prefer Patron)
Juice from 2 limes
Juice from ruby red grapefruit (half)
Club soda
Lime wedge
Salt
Chili power
Mix tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and club soda together and shake. Rub glass rim with lime wedge; mix salt/chili powder together and dip glass in salt mixture. Pour margarita over ice, squeeze lime wedge into margarita.
Pair it with guacamole and pico de gallo and you have the perfect cinco de mayo celebration!
