Coming May 2015!
Yea, yea, I know I’m 27 weeks into pregnancy #2. And I know that some of you already know. But there are a lot that don’t know, or think you missed a big announcement. Well, you didn’t. I’ve just been busy, or lazy, or sick.
By the time I realized I wanted to announce it, I had to find the perfect shirt for Mr. President. When I found the perfect shirt, and eventually purchased it, it took another 3 weeks to ship. Oye.
So, here I am. 27 weeks pregnant and announcing my pregnancy. Which some of you already know because you’re 
my friend or follow me on Instagram or read my blog. But if you ‘ve been busy, or lazy, or sick (just kidding), I’m due with #2 and we couldn’t be more excited! Just like Mr. President, baby #2 is a surprise (gender, that is) – and I have to say, it’s a lot easier not to find out the second time around.
I’m still not sure LJ knows what’s going on, but he loves “mommy’s baby belly” and gives the belly hugs, kisses, and pats (oh, and “honks” my outie belly button like a horn) many times a day. It’s really the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.
If you have any advice for 2 under 2 – and more like 2 under 19 months – I’ll take it! Some days I’m not sure how I’m going to handle the sleepless nights (LJ still doesn’t sleep through the night), but I know {love} – and lots of it – will get me through!

That’s very cool. Ours are 23 months apart and having them close was the best thing ever. Remember it’s not trouble x 2, it’s trouble squared. Just keep your head down and muddle your way through those first 6 weeks, then it gets easier. Congrats!

Oh you’re much closer to the end than I am! My older boys are 2 years and 9 days apart and it’s hard at first (wrap your head around it now) but they are 5 and 7 now, and it’s been so awesome. The biggest thing you’ll probably (??) worry about is potty training your older one so my advice is just don’t stress about that. It’ll happen and if you’re stressing, ask yourself if it’s really time. It’s ok if it’s not on a regular timeline. 🙂

I know I have seen the announcement on FB and IG but I just have to say again a big congrats! I’m excited for you and it is neat to see families grow.
I will pray for you as you adjust to having two new babies. I don’t have words of wisdom because I have never been there. I do know my Mom had 4 kids in 5 years and she made it! So you can do it too! I am sure you will do great.
